"I love baking and love baking cakes especially. I read the reviews of this recipe and did what others recommended, by adding more spices than called for. I didn't quite double the spices, but would the next time. I made this into a bundt cake and baked for 45 minutes on 325 (convection). Next time I would bake it for about 40 minutes. I made ""
