Reviewed Roasted Asian Chicken Wings

"What a surprise, another 5 star rating. What can I say, this dish rocks! I made for super bowl this year and Everyone loved them. My sister said she would be excited to order them in a restaurant. Although like others here I switched it up a bit in the dish.

Reviewed Bibimbap

"I love bibimbap, and I just need to say you must get the hot pepper paste gochuchang. Nothing can replace it. Not a curry paste, not a hot sauce, not anything. You can purchase the product at hmart (dot) com along with most of your other Korean food needs. I am fortunate to live near an Hmart store, but for those who can't I highly recommend it as an excellent resource for those passionate about Korean food.

Reviewed Achiote Marinated Cornish Hens Stuffed with Chorizo and Mustard Greens

"My rating is based on the fact that it was my favorite thing made on this most recent episode. I'd like to mention though that in the show he added cornbread and I don't see the cornbread anywhere in the recipe. although anyone with sense knows you don't need a flipping recipe for stuffing. You just add what you want, leave out what you don't want, and season all to taste.

I love the idea of a warm Mexican feast for Christmas. Spicy roasted, chorizo stuffing, and in my world everything would be go with a delicious rice dish and a creamy chile sauce to go over everything, yum!
