I made this last night exactly according to the receipe using all the fresh ingredients Ina used on her show. But I wish I had cut back on the salt or the Parmesan because the dish was too salty. That tablespoon of kosher salt is a killer. Also I will reduce the fresh black pepper back to one half tsp. The sauce had a decided peppery after taste."
