This was a hit at Thxgiving 2013. They were easy and quick to make and I even used pre-made frozen mini phyllo cups. Everyone loved them!

Other than the difficulty level of finding those cracker pictured this recipe was a huge hit. I agree that you'll need to commit time to replenish your serving tray because the crackers became soggy quite quickly.

This was delicious! I didn't serve as a salad, but instead served on individual leaves of the endive as finger food. They were a big hit!

Very good flavor, easy and quick to make as a last minute side before sitting down. Seems obvious, but wish the recipe had specified FRESH sprouts as frozen ones turned to goo when shredding them.

Very good and easy recipe. Would have like to check the internal temp at around 30 minutes once the oven temp was reduced. They got a little dried out at the full hour.

The pastry worked out well in this, but the recipe was horribly difficult to follow. There was far too much liquid, I had to make the caramel sauce twice before I thought I had it correct. There were almost twice as many apples as needed which went to "waste" since they were already cut and floured. Because of the excess liquid I had to pour some...
