"Very good flavor, easy and quick to make as a last minute side before sitting down. Seems obvious, but wish the recipe had specified FRESH sprouts as frozen ones turned to goo when shredding them.

Reviewed The Ultimate Caramel Apple Pie

"The pastry worked out well in this, but the recipe was horribly difficult to follow. There was far too much liquid, I had to make the caramel sauce twice before I thought I had it correct. There were almost twice as many apples as needed which went to "waste" since they were already cut and floured. Because of the excess liquid I had to pour some out after the first slice and it made the bottom of the crust soggy. I would recommend choosing another apple pie recipe if that's what you're looking to make. Having tried the recipe and reading the reviews I'm surprised this still even has 4 stars. Misleading...
