So good and so easy! Everytime I make this for a party, everyone wants a copy of the recipe. The recipe is foolproof. The only hard part is waiting for it to cool enough to eat without scalding the heck out of your mouth! Great chicken! Very easy to make - turned out great! We eat chicken breast 3-4 times per week and this one will definitely go into the rotation. The only changes I made were to add some asparagus to the veg mix and I used jarred sun-dried tomato pesto in place of the raw sauce. Tasty stuff! Thanks Rach!"
