“I've read a few complaints about the amount of garlic, and I thought it was perfect. After boiling the garlic down and combining with the beef stock, it was just right.
This dish was served in quadruple batch at a St. Patrick's day dinner along side corned beef and cabbage and a bread pudding. All 22 guests loved Shepherd's Pie...”
