"This is a tasty dish. I have found that if you lower the temp. down to 450 and roast for a half hour this works much better (less scorch). Also pierce the tomatoes with a toothpick they will burst much better."

Reviewed Balsamic Glazed London Broil

"I've read the reviews and some complain the balsamic sauce won't thicken up. I double the recipe for the sauce,strain it to remove the garlic,and bay leaves(slotted spoon)then dissolve one tsp. cornstarch to a quarter cup water. Bring the sauce back to a simmer,add the cornstarch mixture and allow to thicken. How hard is it people. I've used this sauce for many years,its fantastic!
