"I made the for my book club meeting. It came out quite nice. I have it 4 stars for following -
a) this was too sweet, next time I would cut the sugar in half b) I served it chilled, it was very thick, next time I would serve it a room temperature. "

"I made this yesterday. It came out just like the garnola they give out at Eleven Madison Park.
Here are the adjustments I made - I used only 1/4 tsp of salt and I baked it for about 35 min., to make it more crunchy and also darker in color.
My DH who eats yogurt and garnola everyday for b'fast LOVED it. "

"I made a vegetarian version. Left the beef out and doubled tofu. Super easy and delicious. Everyone could not have enough. Kids approved. I used butter lettuce and romaine lettuce. Kids loved the crunchy romaine lettuce. Perfect for a light dinner. ""
