Reviewed Indian Rice Pudding
"I made the for my book club meeting. It came out quite nice. I have it 4 stars for following -
a) this was too sweet, next time I would cut the sugar in half b) I served it chilled, it was very thick, next time I would serve it a room temperature. "
"Made it last night for dinner. I liked it. Saffon is a great flavor to add. The chunks make the soup rustic. Too much heavy cream in my opinion. "

These are really dangerous. You can not have one. "
Reviewed Coconut Sour-Cherry Granola

Here are the adjustments I made - I used only 1/4 tsp of salt and I baked it for about 35 min., to make it more crunchy and also darker in color.
My DH who eats yogurt and garnola everyday for b'fast LOVED it. "
