Reviewed Blueberry Crumb Cake

"This was really easy to make and so delicious. It's not too sweet, and I like the contrast of the crumbly streusel topping with the soft, moist cake. I might add an extra 1/4 cup blueberries to the batter in the future because I like them so much. Overall, great recipe."

Reviewed Poached Egg Tips

"I've never made poached eggs before but I love eating them. These tips really helped! I used a large non stick skillet, added about an inch of water and a splash of vinegar, and let the water come to a simmer before adding a couple eggs using a small custard bowl. I let them cook for about 4-5 minutes, then removed with a slotted spoon. They turne"

Reviewed Parker's Split Pea Soup

"I made this using mung beans instead of split peas and I also added sweet potato. It's healthy, easy to make, and tasty. I would definitely make this again."

Reviewed French Toast

"This was really tasty and easy to make. I used 2% milk instead of half and half so it would be a little healthier, and old French bread. The honey really brought a nice sweetness. I will be making this again."

Reviewed Malted Milk Chocolate Chip Cookies

"These were pretty good. The batter is easy to prepare, but after baking one batch for 9 minutes, the cookies were very hard and crispy. I baked the rest for only 6-7 minutes and they turned out pretty good, although I have other chocolate chip cookie recipes I prefer. My friends enjoyed them quite a bit. Overall, a pretty good recipe. Just a warni""

Reviewed Roasted Tomato Basil Soup

"What a yummy soup! This was easy to make, perhaps a little time consuming, but worth it. I cut the recipe in half but followed it otherwise and enjoyed a fresh bowl after it was done simmering. Another plus is that it's pretty healthy, too!""

Reviewed Lemon Chicken Breasts

"I usually love Ina's recipes but I was very disappointed with this. It was easy and straight forward to make, but the taste was disappointing. I felt the white wine overpowered the other flavors, and it was too salty. I would omit her steps of sprinkling with salt before and after baking, up the other ingredients, and cut back on the amount of whi""

Reviewed Beatty's Chocolate Cake

"This is a great cake. It's easy to make, rich, and flavorful. I used two 9 inch baking pans so I adjusted the baking time to 30 minutes. I also modified the frosting by substituting white chocolate for the semisweet chocolate and omitting the instant coffee. I was worried that using an entire cup of coffee in the batter would overpower the chocola""
