"I always loved my mother's fudge and when she showed me how to make it, I couldn't believe how easy it was. It is just like this only made on the stove in a pot. Make sure you use sweetened condensed milk and not evaporated milk. Everyone has always loved this fudge. I give it away at Christmas along with revel bars (soooo yummy) and cookies."

I am a happily married mother of 3 great kids.  I work FT at our family's machine shop and try to balance that with the FT job of being a mom and wife of a MMA fighter.  Cooking is a hobby and a way to unwind from my busy schedule.  I love to have family and friends over and try out new recipes on them.  Some of the best times in my life have been with those I love and a good plate of spaghetti.
