"This has been my go-to jambalaya recipe for years. I have found a chipotle powder that I include in my spice mix as well. For the person that said it tasted too much like thyme...when he calls for chopped thyme leaves, that amount is for fresh. Using 1.5 tablespoons of dried thyme leaves would indeed impart too much thyme flavor to this dish. If its not hot, be more liberal with your seasonings and find a spicier andouille
