"My Mother used to make these on Fridays and served them with stewed tomatos and her wonderful cole slaw. She used Gorton's dried flaked codfish that came in a box and followed the receipe on the box. You had to soak the flakes overnight as well. I like this recipie, it's very close to Mom's.
