Oh my goodness I love this soup! I totally puree it so that it is smooth and I didn't strain it or add the sage leaves, as I was hungry! LOL I love love love this soup, its so good and tastes delicious! Its savory too! I just cannot say enough good things about it! Make this soup, try it and you will love it too! "

I made this sandwich for myself this morning/afternoon for I guess you might say brunch! However, I forgot the cream cheese and all that so I just omitted, this time. I wasn't sure how I would like the avacado but I totally loved this and I will most definately make this again!"

Everyone loved this recipe too but I would have liked it to have come out a wee bit creamier! I think that next time I might add some half and half, but otherwise it's a keeper!!!!! Oh and I didn't leave enough time to completely thaw the hashbrowns and it still tasted good.

This recipe was DELICOUS!!!! Everyone in my family loved it! Will definately make it again. I used real maple syrup and added a little of the fake stuff, though I don't think that you really need it, but the kids think that they hate the real stuff so I added some fake!
