Reviewed Pan-Fried Onion Dip

"This dip is AMAZING!!!!! You really should make it!!! On your first go with it I would just simply follow her directions then you can modify to your tastes. The onions need some time to cook, but the developed flavor is like nothing that can be duplicated. I ALWAYS make a double batch and every time I have made it the bowl will be scraped clean."

Reviewed Perfect Roast Chicken

"This is really a great recipe for roasting chicken. Simple and straightforward without having to do any crazy steps to a delicious chicken. I have made this many times, and often find that the veggies are overcooked and burned from the amount of time it takes the chicken to roast. I think my roasting pan is a little large for a chicken, maybe m"

Reviewed Orzo with Roasted Vegetables

"Just reading over the recipe is making my mouth water! This is really really good and a great pasta salad option to bring to gathering. I do not like eggplant so I always omit that. Easy to double or even triple the recipe. I LOVE that you serve it at room temp too. No need to make room in the fridge! Pine nuts really give this the texture you need. Try and find them in the greek food section of your grocer....sometimes you can find them cheaper there.

Reviewed Indonesian Ginger Chicken

"I have made this recipe over a dozen times for small and large dinners. The only thing I tend to do differently is that I cook it with only bone-in, skin on chicken thighs. I follow the same directions for cooking time/degree and amount of marinade. Very affordable to cook for a large crowd too! Serve with rice and roasted carrots! Everybody LOVES it!

Reviewed Linguine with Chicken Ragu

"This recipe was decent. Not really what I expected, but still good. I think I expected the chicken to sauce ratio to be more substantial. I would use less sauce next time. I also don't think that it was so "easy" as some said. There is A LOT of chopping to get all the ingredients into fine pieces. I would use my food processor next time. I thought if I did that it would be too mushy, but after making it I think that the carrots, shallots and celery are just great flavor boosters and could be done in the food processor.

Reviewed Coconut Cake

"This is the best cake EVER! I was worried after reading all the negative reviews and made one small change. I had a 12 oz bag of coconut and used half for the cake and the other half for the frosting. To prevent the cake being overcooked and dry I checked the cake at 30 mins and in four minute intervals from there until it was done. Very dense but not at all dry! Don't let the negative reviews scare you, it's sooo worth the effort!
