This was my first pecan pie and it was awesome. I did a few tweals. I didn't have any brown sugar, so I substituted organic white sugar. I didn't have corn syrup, so I used Lyle's golden syrup instead. I toasted the pecans with cinnamon in a non-stick pan. The pie looked a little undone after 50 minutes. so I cooked another ten.
