A 5 because the recipe is perfect. I happened to have everything to do this except I had pork sirloin in large chunks instead of ground. I took care and cut the pork into the smallest pieces I could manage and have the blister to prove it. Followed the recipe exactly with an extra .5 cup each of milk and wine so I could allow a bit more cooking "

Reviewed Short Rib Lasagna Rolls

Made this for friends last night and enjoyed the raves almost as much as the lasagna rolls. This is a winner and a keeper.
