Reviewed Chili Con Carne

Recipe has great flavor. Not a huge beef fan so reduced beef from 2 lbs. to 1.5 lbs. Was plenty spicy, even a bit grainy. I plan to reduce chili powder & increase tomato paste next time. Definitely needed to add extra beef broth. Bacon, green onion, cheese and sour cream really add a nice punch of flavor - don't leave them out. Delicious!""
