Reviewed Wine-Braised Pork Tacos

They were very good. The slaw made a refreshing taste to the pork. I would make the slaw the day before so its a little less crunchy. I had to double the recipe and I used 1 cup of red wine and 2 cups of white. Also I would put more jalapenos. My husband is from Mexico and he thought I should make these instead of Carnitas. His comment was "Holy s"
