Reviewed Smoky Scalloped Potatoes
"Easy and very good! Lots of good flavor and nice and saucy not dry. I used just regular cheddar cheese bc that's what I had. I also used a mandoline (sp to slice the potatoes - it would not have been as fast and easy slicing them by hand. I like the other reviewers idea of adding the bacon - I think I'll try that next time. My picky kids eve""
