My Activity

Reviewed Pat's Broccoli and Chicken Stir-Fry

"I just watched the video and they said a 1/2 tsp of red pepper flakes. The recipe has an error that says 1/2 Tbsp.

Very tasty and very spicy. I tripled the sauce and cut the red pepper flakes down to a 1/2 tsp and it was still very spicy. My kids could barely eat it. I'm going to try 1/4 tsp next time. I also added some carrots, baby corn, straw"

Reviewed Ragu Bolognese

"This was just ok. If you like a lot of sauce with your meat and pasta this is NOT the dish for you. While there was a lot of taste, it seemed almost dry. But I think it was too much carrot and ended up really chunky. So ne"

Reviewed Chicken Parmesan

"This version of chicken parmesan was very tasty. I liked this alternative recipe with no breading. It wasn't missed at all. I didn't have any fresh spices so I used a dried Italian seasoning blend. And I made Giada's marinara instead of her simple tomato sauce. The chicken was very quick to make and delicious in taste. I will definitely be using t"

Reviewed Corn Chowder

"The recipe was simple and easy and didn't take a long time to make. I used chicken boullion with water for more flavor and only 1 cup of heavy cream, and a pinch of cayenne. It could have been a little thicker for my liking. I added some shrimp and cheddar to my first bowl. My second bowl I added a sprinkle of Old Bay. Both bowls were delicious. I"
