Reviewed Fennel and Cabbage Slaw
"Made this a few weeks ago, because I had some leftover fennel. I didn't add the bacon, and we loved it. We're having it again tonight, so I wanted to comment.
I used thinly sliced red onions instead of scallions and added celery.
Crunchy and delicious.
"I watched this episode this morning, and it sounded like a great recipe. For weather reasons, I decided to make it.
I added the pepper and doubled the spinach and very little salt at the end.
It was delicious.
Hard to appeal to a variety of palates, but the written recipe is just wrong. "
Reviewed Asian Chicken Salad
"Used Aidell's chicken meatballs, thai basil (last of the season, unfortunately) and mint. I used just a bit of kosher salt and the low-sodium soy sauce and added red pepper flakes to the dressing. Definitely not too salty. We loved it. ""

The chicken looked exactly like the picture and was so delicious. I used bone-in chicken breast and drumsticks. Not one of the pieces stuck to the rack and were incredibly crispy, ""
Reviewed Cuban Sandwich
"I asked for advice from my favorite blog (never having made these before, and swiss cheese and garlic butter on the rolls was a unanimous recommendation.
The sandwiches were delicious!!!"
