Reviewed Slow Cooker Jambalaya

"Excellent recipe. I used 1.5 lbs of chicken and 12 oz. of andouli sausage. I also added brown rice with two hours left on cook time and turned up the heat to "high". The brown rice was cooked PERFECTLY and I didn't have to get another pot dirty!

It was a little spicy for my little guy (due to the andouli, I think) next time I'll use kielbasa."
