Reviewed Pasta Bolognese

"Wow, first the Balsamic Brisket masterpiece and then this. I've never had Bolognese before and this was delicious! I love the simple ingredients for this fabulous dish and it was so easy. I used a nice red Cab and the flavor was so rich. I used ground sirloin and the meat cooked through wonderfully. The only thing I missed was tying the thyme. I e"

Reviewed Braised Beef Brisket with Onions, Mushrooms, and Balsamic

"I watched this on tv one time, printed out the recipe and decided to try it. I generally dont eat beef, but Anne was enjoying this so much on tv, I had to try it. OMG. This was the most amazing dish and my husband loved it! It was super duper easy, I was even able to share the recipe with a friend the next day from memory!!! You will love love love this. Thank you Anne for this delicious dish! I am a new fan!
ps.
I generally do not eat mushrooms, and we couldn't find them anyway, so we omitted them, but it was still fabulous! I may add them next time just to see what new flavors we enjoy!"

Reviewed Mexican Meatball Soup

"It was very good. I doubled the recipe because we are a family of 6. I ran out of Vegetable stock, so I used water. (8 C stock, 4 C water) It had very good flavor. I even forgot the Serrano and was worried I ruined it, but it was still very delicious. I did sprinkle some cumin and several shakes of Tapatio hot sauce to make up for the Serrano, maybe thats why I didnt' lose the flavor. But, overall, this was extremely easy and had wonderful flavors. Thank you so much!

Reviewed Green Pork Chili

"By far, the absolute best chili verde ever! Delicious, light, and easy to make! I may even substitute chicken breast next time. I love the taste so much, I plan on using this base for my pork tamales tomorrow morning. I am sure they will be a hit! Absolutely delicious!

Reviewed Pumpkin Pie

"I was hoping for a great hit with this recipe, but unfortunately, for us, it was a miss. However, I used fresh sweet pumpkins that I roasted the night before and the recipe calls for canned pumpkin. Could that have made the difference? I may have to try it again for a true review. But for us, it was the least favorite of all my dishes. I was really hoping for this to be delicious considering all the reviews, but like I said, I will have to try it with the canned stuff instead.
