Reviewed Flour's Famous Banana Bread

"This is delicious and moist. Instead of cooking oil, I used coconut oil. The coconut taste did not overpower the banana flavor. I had to bake it for 1 hour, and toward the end I covered it with foil. It was getting too dark, too soon. We found out that it was more moist the next. So, if you are not in a big hurry for the bread, I suggest to wait u""
