About Me
Love to cook - sometimes. But those sometimes are something. Just give me tomatos and tomato sauce and I can improvise make finger lickin' goodness. Fish -got it; shrimp - got it; chicken - got it, beef - ditto. I love cooking the old basic cuban dishes, BUT let it be said....DON'T MESS UP MY CUBAN FOOD BY USING CILANTRO. My Tres Leches and my Flan are to die for -- and I'm not bragging, just saying.

Ropa Vieja, Bistec en cazuela, chicken pot pie, beef tenderloin, spaghetti and meatballs, paella, mashed potatoes, meatloaf, veal francaise, breaded anything.
