"I am an avid cook. I am also Indian American. Let me say that Aarti's recipe is spot on. Not a single element is misplaced. I made it verbatim today and am so pleased with the outcome. I will add chili flakes in the oil with the onions and red pepper next time; my serano pepper did not add enough of a kick for this batch. The golden raisins and pistachios are so decadent. LOVE IT. Will definitely prepare again and share with my friends. May try tofu on another occasion for a vegetarian twist!"
