Reviewed Super Sloppy Joes

"I have been making this awesome recipe since it came out years ago. We love it! No way is it bland, and I never thought it was too sweet. I invested in the "huge size" of the Montreal Steak seasoning, because I ran out of the small size too quickly. I make it at least once a month,if not more. The balance of flavors come together so quickly. I do use ground turkey, so not necessary to drain any grease and it taste fantastic. Scores big time, Rach!

Reviewed Sloppy Jerky Turkey Joes

"I'm a huge fan of ground turkey and this recipe was so delicious! I did cut the meat portion in half because I'm only cooking for 2. I went ahead and made the sauce as called for and when I mixed them together, it all worked out fine. I did have the time to let it reduce a little, but sloppy joes need to be sloppy! It's a keeper!

Reviewed Pasta alla Formiana

"I read the reviews and made some adjustments, but still I found it hard to eat. I believe, a good recipe should be followed and should taste good without alot of changes. A change here and there is fine for your own taste, but this one was way off. I cut the oregano in half. My beefsteak tomatoes were very ripe and tasted great, being homegrown. Added a little cheese on top and still, all I could taste was a strong, tomato flavor, strong oregano flavor and the worst thing was the taste of very starchy cooked pasta. It looked good, just didn't taste good. If I ever made it again, which I doubt, I would have to make so many more adjustments and cook the pasta first. Sorry, this was a disapointment.

Reviewed Classic Tortilla Soup

"Very good and easy to make. My nephew was sick, so I sent some home to him. He loved it. I never thought to add tortilla into the broth. The cast iron skillet really did the trick to roast the veggies. I will make this my number one tortilla soup!
