Reviewed Spicy Pork Roast with Rosemary Potatoes

"I have been trying to cook with sweet potatoes more since they are better for you but most of the recipes add sugar to the already sweet potatoes. So, I made this recipe and used sweet potatoes. Wow, it was amazing. The spicy rub and the flavorful sauce with the sweetness of the potatoes was so, so, so tasty. I think I will make it with sweet potatoes from now on!"

Reviewed Spicy Pork Roast with Rosemary Potatoes

"This is a definite must make again!! I'm glad I read the reviews, cuz half the red pepper flakes was plenty spicy enough for us. And the sweet and sour sauce did not sound all that exciting, but I am SO, SO glad I made it. It just made the dish. Made the pear tart last week and loved it too. Puff pastry has become something I will always have on hand in the freezer. Who knew it was so easy?"

Reviewed Slow Berry Cobbler

"Excellent taste, easy to make, but next time I make it, I will use more fruit so that it will be juicier! Still tasted great but the topping soaked up a lot of the juice by the time we ate it.

Reviewed Crispy-Skinned Chicken a l'Orange

"I have tried several of Melissa's recipes. Everything I've tried has been very tasty, my husband LOVED this chicken. 17 year old son took one taste and passed, but that's pretty much how he treats everything new. I, myself, loved the flavor and will make it again, BUT.... I also made Melissa's Crispy Potatoes recipe and by the time I got both of the dishes in the oven, it seemed like every pan in my kitchen was dirty! I had the same experience with the pork roast. The recipes seem overly complicated. I need to figure out how to simplify them, cuz I'm not gonna stop making them and trying new ones!
