"I liked the ease of making this recipe as I did it all in a nonstick skillet. Toasting the oatmeal first really added great flavor. Nice balance of sweet with the brown sugar, milk and fruit. "
"I left out the grapes, but used more pineapple, kiwi and banana with agave nectar instead of honey and Jamie was right the toasted coconut made all the difference. Tasted great. "
I love good food and I like trying new flavors, but I do not want to spend a lot of time in preparation. Eating well and healthy is my focus.
