About Me
I have worked for Coors Brewing Company, now MillerCoors, LLC; in Operations for the last 31 years. I also teach at Regis University in their MBA program. I served in the USAF as a Russian Linguist in the late 1970s. My cooking techniques began in the Boy Scouts in the late 1960s and am an accomplished Camp Chef.
