Saw the recipe and decided I had to try it. I'm so glad I did. I initially was worried about the thickness of the batter. But the cake turned out light and moist. I took it to the office and there was only slice left and that was without the caramel sauce on it. Will make again and next time include the sauce."

Made this for a family reunion. No one suspected there was puree'd cauliflower in it. My only complaint - the munster cheese had a stronger taste than I like in my mac 'n cheese. Other than that, it was great and I will make again.

I finally got around to making this and now I'm wondering why it took me so long. It was super easy and tasted great. I followed the directions closely with the exception of the oil (I thought it called for too much). The meat was tender. I loved it. Thanks for the great recipe.

I've been wanting to make this for MONTHS and finally did this weekend. It was absolutely WONDERFUL. The flavor was great and it was easy to make. I didn't put all the peppers in that the recipe called for and I'm glad I didn't. It had plenty of kick with only one pepper in it. I will definitely make again.

I'm not much of a baker but I followed the directions & it turned out great. I loved it. But pecan pie "purists" won't like it. My BFF's husband is one of those that didn't like it - couldn't get over the cream cheese in a pecan pie. I'll make a again.

I had never had Ceviche until my niece's husband made it for our Labor Day picnic. I fell in love with it and have since made this recipe twice. It's wonderful. Thanks, Marcela, for another wonderful recipe. Love your show. You're teaching me how to cook Mexican food, which I love.
