One of our all time favorites! I tweak it a little. We don't like Okra. I use fresh zuccini and cabbage. I also subsitute the water for beef broth for even more flavor. And we mix up the beans we use. Sometimes white beans, sometimes kidney, etc.. Makes a lot but thats o.k.!!
