I make a version of this and my friends and family love it so much, they call it Marybeth's corn. BUT I use just enough mayo to spread lightly on each ear of corn and no sour cream. Also I grill the corn in the husks after removing the silk and outer dark green husks and soaking in water for about 1/2 hour."

delish and sooooo easy. I will make this again on July 4. I did substitute Cassis for almond extract (don't like almond flavor) and used half the berries (that's what I had). Also used cold heavy cream becuase that is how I was taught to whip cream."
