Perfect recipe. Made recipe without any substitutions. Will use the marinade and butter spread on other types of fish for sure! We only cooked two fillets so had extra butter which I used on a pasta side for the kids and they loved it. Paired with roasted beets and broccoli. Yum!

Perfect for a hot summer night! I used a rotisserie chicken and the flavor was amazing. Also used lemon olive oil for extra lemony taste. I used a larger chicken to pasta ratio to make it lower in carbs/higer in protein."

This is the best vinaigrette based coleslaw!!! I make it all the time. It is always a hit and perfect for outdoor gatherings because you don't have to worry about keeping it cold. I have taken shortcuts and purchased the bags of broccoli slaw and it is also wonderful. It's the dressing makes the difference"

Amazing and simple. I have tried other rice pudding recipes and never like it, but I devoured this one!! The lemon zest puts it over the top, nice and refreshing finish to the warm, sweet gooey rice. Thank you Tyler for another awesome recipe
