“This recipe is fabulous! I substituted mascarpone since I had it in...excellent. Instead of serving crostini with soggy bread- I drained the tomatoes after they marinated....easier to eat, the bread stayed crispy and the vinegar did not overwhelm the superb ingredients.
This recipe will become a staple around the pool this summer! thanks...”
