"Fantastic! I've been looking for a new recipe for the lobster my husband catches during the summer season. This was amazing. I eye-balled the cilantro and chopped (massacred) three whole chipolte chilles in adobo sauce when making the salsa. I also spread a layer of guacamole on the torilla before adding the cheese, lobster and scallion. Serv"
