Did not have any parm, but did have asiago so I used that and served it as a side salad. It was refreshing, nice change. Fast to prep as well as attractive on the plates. Great way to use up one more of those summer zucchinis.""

Very Tasty - Very Fun
I also read the reviews and followed others suggestion to refrigerate the filling. I refrigerated for about a half hour before assembling. It was excellent. I made another batch, which was an impromptu decision to share with a neighbor who was having guests and they reported it was a hit! Very very easy and not at all...

Delish!
Never tried cooked endive and what a delight! Found a sale on some beautifully fresh organic endive for $2.00. Taking a hint from another reviewer, I used thin slices of nitrate free ham. Everyone in the house loved it. I am eager to make this for a company meal. It looked and tasted delicious. "

Way too sweet, but I can tell it will be very refreshing with less sugar so I will definitely make it again. Wish I'd paid attention to the other reviews! I will use less than half, probably start with 1/2 cup, of the simple syrup next time and just let people add it in if someone wants it sweeter.

I've had this recipe for a while now. Decided to give it a try and very very happy I did so. It's very refreshing and not overly costly for serving at a party.

Perfect as one of the sweets I chose to make for a tea. I never change the first time I try a recipe. Next time I might try some lemon zest and maybe a different filling. The Nutella was perfect for the recipe however, and this makes a beautiful presentation. Light and delicious. It's a keeper!
