Reviewed River Run Cocktail
"I served this bubbly cocktail at a party last year and my friends are still raving about it. They request it at every party I give. Besides the fesitve color - the taste is great - fresh and not too sweet. Very easy and quick to make. I put the amaretto and caracao in the Champagne flutes ahead of time and poured the Champagne when they walked in the door. This would be a great drink to serve at a bridal shower or wedding where the bride's theme color is blue.
