Just made this tonight! Very tasty, not too spicy, flavorful, thick and not overwhelmingly bacony like I thought it would be. Followed everything almost exactly except couldn't find 24 oz cans tomatoes just 28oz, let it boil a little longer to get thicker. Did add a little crushed red pepper and used Heineken light beer, all I had. Plus I didn"
