My Activity

Reviewed Veal or Turkey and Spinach Manicotti

"I made this for dinner tonight. I liked it, but I didn't love it. Considering how time consuming it was, I wanted to love it. If I were to do again, I would cut the spinach in half. It was overpowering. Also, I have a lot of the stuffing left that I don't know what to do with. Since my kids wouldn't eat it, I don't think I will make a second"

Reviewed Portuguese One Pot Chicken and Potatoes

"Delicious! It made a ton, so I need to remember to freeze half of it next time. "

Reviewed Baked French Toast Casserole with Maple Syrup

"I served this at a family brunch this past weekend. I used 5 eggs, increased the spices, and skipped both the oil, nuts, and halved the butter. Delicous! I used day old bread and it soaked up the custard fine.
I plan to make it for Christmas morning."

Reviewed Not Yo' Mama's Banana Pudding

"I have made this at least 6 times. It is wonderful. The only change I make is to add freshly grated nutmeg. It is delicious! I also used crushed peacan sandies instead of the chessman cookies once, which was a nice alternative."
