This really didn't work out at all. Given the bold flavors in the marinade, I really expected these to pack a punch. Not so. I barely tasted the marinade and the shrimp definitely was mushy. The bacon didn't crisp up well and the whole thing did not stay together on the skewers. I served them for Easter brunch anyway and people did eat them......

This was pretty good. I didn't use an actual vanilla bean, but used pure vanilla extract. I don't know if that changed the outcome, but it was very sweet. I made this for Easter brunch and although people ate it, I don't think it stood out as anything spectacular.

Very tasty! I've never tried an oven roasted radish before. Not bad! The chicken was delicious... I added other assorted veggies like onion, mushroom and summer squash. My husband loved it! This made for a great presentation and the dill added a wonderful fresh flavor. I wanted to taste the lemon a bit more than I did but overall this was great....

This is a very quick, simple and DELICIOUS solution to mid-week meals. My 10 year old son and my husband devoured it and my husband made the comment that he'd serve this to guests! This literally took 20 minutes from grocery bag to table (and that's because I made rice and canned bisquits with it!) This definitely will go in my regular meal rotation....

I'm glad I tested this before Thanksgiving because I feel it's way too heavy as a prelude to a huge Thanksgiving meal.
