Reviewed Pork Chops alla Pizzaiola
"This meal was very flavorful, however...I like my meat really tender and falling off the bone so I added enough chicken stock to cover and simmered the entire thing for 45 minutes or so. I also added garlic to the pan while sauteing the onions. I served with mashed potatoes and brusselssprouts. Very tasty...especially the next day ;)"
