"OHH...MY....GOSH! Absolutely by far the juiciest turkey I've ever made! All the reviews are spot on! Wonderful flavor! Very easy and I did NOT have an issue with the oven smoking up the kitchen while roasting at 500 degrees for 30 minutes. It gave the turkey a BEAUTIFUL golden brown skin!
