Love, love, love it!! This was a big family and pot luck hit. I do not normally keep chipotle chile pepper in adobo sauce in my pantry and I always have jalapenos so I used jalapenos instead of the serrano. To mimic the flavors of the adobo sauce I added 1 tsp each of smoked paprika, cumin and chili pepper. Came out stellar! Will be an added new tradition...
