"Wonderful. I made these for Thanksgiving dinner - a HIT!! We have a few leftover whole sweet potatoes and I have already been asked to make a second batch. I used Siagon Cinnamon since it seems to have more a spice kick to it. It is said to be sweeter either way -- AWESOME recipe and can't wait to make it again especially since it is too easy.
