I love Giada's recipes and this looked like a good base for something delicious with a few minor changes. 1. I am not a huge fan of ricotta cheese, so I substituted 5 ozs of goat cheese which seem to have the same fat/calorie content when I compared low fat ricotta with goat cheese. 2.
