Great! I followed the instructions but added a bit more liquid (I wanted it to be more of a soup / stew) and served it over a little bit of orzo. Will definitely make again.

This was great! Love the combination. I had made it once before without the chipotle cream, but then decided to make it this time and wow, I am so glad I did. I also like the little bit of sweetness the corn gives. My husband loved it!

This turned out fabulous! I like that it didn't call for TONS of wine...I think that would have been too overpowering. This had just the right ratio compared to other recipes I saw. I didn't grill the ribs, just browned them in the pan. I was also worried I may have processed the veggies for too long, but it didn't seem to matter. I didn't red...
