These were very ooey gooey good but I think I needed to cook them a few more minutes. I cooked them for 30 minutes & toothpick came out clean when tested. It cooled for about 1.5 hours. When my teenage son cut into it though, liquid batter poured out. I was concerned about overbaking it. However he had 2 helpings so he certainly didn't mind!!...

These are good, but I find cutting the puff pastry with a biscuit cutter (or with anything for that matter!) quite difficult. The biscuit cutter doesn't cut the sheets. The puff pastry I buy is the kind with thin layers. It looked like she used more of a pie dough consistency. "
