“Was craving pork chops and love Giada's recipes. So easy to make with lots of flavor. I like the recipe but the breading was a little too eggy. I guess I didn't let enough drip off as shown in the video.
Also, like most other reviewers, 6 minutes on a side wasn't enough so I had to finish in the oven.
