This is a great recipe. You can do this all in one pan, just use a short sided 8 quart (or similar) flat bottomed pan. Boil, wipe out, saute, then broil. Same pan, one clean up. Just make sure it's not teflon and is completely oven safe. A dutch oven or le Creuset pan should work as well. "
